These booking terms and conditions contain valuable and important information. You must read them carefully and understand them.These are the conditions you have accepted when booking with Albyadventures and for the services provided by Albyadventures. By booking with us and paying the deposit, or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the booking terms and conditions for this tour. Prices Prices are on twin share bases. Single supplement is available upon request for an additional cost. What is included is everything that's stated on trip itinerary.What's not included is airfares, airport taxes, visa's, extra meals, drinks, medical expenses, travel insurance, laundry, tips to guides/drivers and optional activities. Insurance Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory for all Albyadventure trips. Your policy should cover against, theft, personal accident, personal liability, medical expenses, cancellation of tickets, change of itinerary, or cancellation of tour and repatriation. Your leader will need to see proof of insurance before commencment of tour. Changes to Itinerary  You acknowledge and accept that changes to itinerary could occur due to weather conditions, changes in transport schedules, vehicle breakdowns or other circumstances beyond Albyadventures control. Responsibility While we take care in selecting suppliers who maintain and deliver high standards, we don't control bus operators, or hotels we cannot be responsible in any way for problems resulting from the booking, unless it is a direct result of negligence on our part. Please be assured that we will always do our utmost to ensure your safety and well being on tour. AlbyAdventures is only acting as an agent on behalf of the companies and persons providing transport, accommodation and other services in this region. AlbyAdventures will not be held liable for any injury, loss or delay caused by these third parties. Traveller Responsibility The traveller will agree to accept the authority of the group leader whilst on tour. Alby Adventures reserve the right to dismiss a person from the tour if they use violence in any form, use drugs and prostitutes. Alby adventures will not accept responsibilities or liabilities for any traveller who breaks any laws and regulations whilst in Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand or Laos. Participation Form. All Albyadventure travellers while have to sign a participation form before they start a tour.  Deposit and balance A non-refundable deposit of USD$200 per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit. If you make a booking less than 45 days prior to departure, full payment is due immediately. Refunds No refunds will be given for unused services or if you leave the trip early for any reason. Cancellation Charges If a cancellation of a tour occurs more than 30 days before departure the trip deposit will be lost.  If a cancellation of a tour occurs less than 30 days before departure 100% total booking cost. Amendments Tour admendments can be made up to 30 days before departure subject to availability. Bookings and payments.
